HB 22 requires that purchases of handguns be limited to one gun per month.

House Bill 22: Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for a limit on handgun purchases and sales; establishing the Violence Prevention Fund; and further providing for municipal regulation of firearms and ammunition.
