HB 29 requires the owner of a lost or stolen handgun to report the loss or theft to law enforcement.

Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for registry for lost or stolen firearms and for failure to report lost or stolen firearms.
