BETHLEHEM: Police arrest men after gunshots fired outside club

Police have charged an Allentown man with firing a handgun outside a Bethlehem nightclub early Saturday morning.

Charlie Rosario, 24, of 1116 Glick Ave., is charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, firing a handgun within city limits and possession of a small amount of marijuana. His passenger, William Sostre, 27, of 1427 Tremont St., Allentown, is charged with obstruction of justice.

According to police:

As Forty Below at 40 W. Broad Street was letting patrons out around 2:15 a.m., Bethlehem undercover officers were in the area.

Police said multiple gunshots were fired from a black sports utility vehicle parked to the rear of the club on W. Raspberry St

Officers stopped the vehicle a short distance away. Police said under the driver's seat, they found a semi-automatic pistol, an empty cartridge in the ejection port and ammunition.
