A 58-year-old Bethlehem man faces charges after police say he pointed a pistol at two men threateningly during a neighborly dispute Saturday night.
David Milne, 58, of the 600 block of Terrace Avenue in the city, allegedly pointed a gun at two men in the 600 block of Conestoga Street during an argument at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police charged Milne with terroristic threats of violence, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, according to authorities.
Records indicate Milne was sent to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail, but was released Sunday after posting the required amount.
