State police at Newport are investigating a road rage incident in which a man shot a gun at another vehicle on Tuesday.
Police say the incident occurred in the 700 block of Foose Ridge Road in Saville Township at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say a firearm was discharged from a vehicle at another vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Elliottsburg man.
A bullet hole was found in the rear bumper of the victim’s vehicle, according to police.
The investigation is continuing, and anyone with information is asked to call police at 567-3110.
