Carlisle police have charged Chauncy Shields with indecent assault, unlawful restraint and drug possession following an incident Saturday afternoon at Memorial Park.
According to police the Plainfield resident threatened a 36-year-old woman and two juvenile girls with a handgun while driving in a car.
Police further allege Shields "groped both young girls" and made sexual comments toward both.
