A Roseto man allegedly pointed a gun at his roommate during an argument over rent, according to court documents.

David C. De Palma Jr., 30, of 135 Garibaldi Ave., told police he pointed the gun at Bryan Wanamaker at 3:51 p.m. Monday after Wanamaker confronted him about rent and other issues, according to court records.

According to the criminal complaint:

De Palma said Wanamaker texted him earlier in the day Monday, saying "There will be world war 2 when I get home." When Wanamaker arrived, he was very upset and got in De Palma's face, telling him to get out of the house or he will remove him physically.

De Palma then pulled out his gun and pointed it at Wanamaker.

Police charged De Palma with terroristic threats and reckless endangerment. He was sent to Northampton County Prison under $20,000 bail.
