A man died in a shooting in the Hill District last night.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as Montrell Green, 24, of Uptown.
Pittsburgh police responded to the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue for a report of a man shot about 10:25 p.m. and found Green lying in the courtyard with a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
Green died at the scene.
Homicide detectives are investigating. No motive or suspect has been identified.
