PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia say they've obtained surveillance footage as they investigate a fatal shooting outside a Philadelphia restaurant.
Investigators say an apparent dispute inside a trendy bar and restaurant in the city's Northern Liberties neighborhood ended in gunfire early Monday morning.
Authorities say the 25-year-old man - believed to be from Upper Darby - was pronounced dead around 2:30 a.m. at a hospital after being shot at least three times.
Police are seeking the gunman, who they say fled with several other people after firing the fatal shots.
The incident occurred outside the PYT restaurant at the Piazza at Schmidt's in Northern Liberties just a few minutes after midnight on Monday.
Police on the scene tell NBC-10 an argument started inside the restaurant and then moved outside on Hancock Street, which is where the shooting occurred. NBC-10 is reporting the man is from Upper Darby.
The victim was shot in the chest. He was pronounced dead at 2:40 a.m. this morning. That victim hasn't been identified.
