Police in Uniontown are investigating a shooting on Sunday that left one man injured.
John Galloway Jr., 36, of 807 Hill Ave., Wilkinsburg, was shot in both legs at 7 a.m. on East Fayette Street, near Splash Bar, according to a report by city police Detective Donald Gmitter.
The shooting occurred after a disturbance involving some women on Feathers Avenue, Gmitter said. Vehicles believed to be involved in the disturbance reportedly were chasing each other on the street, according to Gmitter.
Galloway was taken by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh, where he was in stable condition, Gmitter said.
