A 35-year-old man was fatally shot in East Germantown around 9:45 p.m. Saturday, police said.
The victim, whose identity police have not released, was shot once in the right side of the head on the 800 block of East Woodlawn Street. He was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead just after 10 p.m.
Police offered no further information. No arrest has been made.
