SCRANTON - City police are investigating a shooting in North Scranton that left one man injured Sunday morning.
Francisco Nuques-Duran, 26, was shot near the Zone Club, 1826 N. Main Ave., at 3:33 a.m. Sunday and was taken to Regional Hospital of Scranton, where hospital officials requested he be transferred to Geisinger Community Medical Center because of his injuries, Scranton police said.
Mr. Nuques-Duran's condition was unknown Sunday night, police said.
The suspect in the shooting was seen fleeing the scene on foot, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call 348-4134
