Two young children witnessed a horrific act of violence late Thursday night when police say they saw someone shoot their father in the head, killing him, on a North Philadelphia street corner.
Cops were called to Cornwall Street near Reese around 9:20 p.m. and found the 32-year-old victim lying on the sidewalk bleeding from a single gunshot wound to the head, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
He was pronounced dead on the pavement at 9:29 p.m., Small said.
