CHESTER — A man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen at about 4 p.m. Friday in the are of 23rd and Crosby streets in Chester, according to reports.
The victim was taken by medics to Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where police responded to control crowds of people that had gathered outside the emergency room.
