Organizing Manager

Max Milkman (He/His) designs and implements our grassroots organizing strategy to mobilize supporters across Pennsylvania to generate power for the gun violence prevention movement. I organize in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties to empower volunteers to use their voices to make their communities safer from gun violence. As a proud Perelman Jewish Day School Alum, my faith guides my activism and hopes to repair the world from injustice. After the Parkland tragedy, I worked with survivors to establish a Pennsylvania chapter of March For Our Lives to motivate young people to advocate for gun safety reforms. Max has worked also on several political campaigns in the Commonwealth including Josh Shapiro’s 2016 Campaign for Attorney General and Brendan Boyle’s 2014 Congressional Campaign. Max is a Temple University alum, lives in Philadelphia, and enjoys camping.
