A Brooklyn man unwilling to legally buy a gun using his own name pleaded guilty to multiple felonies regarding his attempts at two straw purchases in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania using the name “Usher Binghamington.” Kevin Zarbailov, 22, also admitted to recruiting a man off the street to buy a gun for him. The staff at Trop Gun Shop and Lanco Tactical became suspicious and did not sell the guns. Judge David Ashworth ordered three to twenty-three months in prison for Zarbailov, followed by three years of probation.

Now, he will have a felony on his record and will be unable to legally possess a gun.
