One of the victims of Monday’s two-hour shooting rampage in West Virginia had twice sought, and obtained, a restraining order against the suspect, Jody Lee Hunt. Police believe he shot and killed four people at three locations on Monday morning, sparking an all-day manhunt which ended when local law enforcement found him dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities believe the shootings were targeted, as Hunt knew each of the victims, said Lieutenant Michael Baylous.
