Clare Dych is CeaseFirePA’s Development Director, charged with helping direct the team’s fundraising efforts to secure the resources needed to prevent gun violence in our communities and create lasting policy change. She brings 16+ years of development experience, primarily across organizations in Philadelphia focused on healthcare and education. Clare’s passion for ending the gun violence epidemic began during her own school years, which were shaped by the first wave of school shootings. After time spent working in education and youth services, and becoming a mother of two children, she is fully committed to the fight against gun violence. Clare and her family live in the Kensington neighborhood of Philly and enjoy traveling both locally to the Shore in the summer, and to points beyond as time allows.
